This month marks 16 years since Optimus Learning Services began – a milestone we’re incredibly proud to celebrate.
From the early days our journey has always been about one thing: making learning operations simpler, smarter and more impactful.
Over the years, we’ve evolved to build our trusted, expert training brokerage and Managed Learning Services (MLS), helping L&D teams streamline operations, save time and deliver quality learning experiences at scale. But what hasn’t changed is our people-first approach and our commitment to excellence in everything we do.
As Managing Director Blake Henegan explains:

From the beginning, we’ve been driven by a simple mission – to make training operations easier, more efficient and more effective for every client we work with.
