Managing company health and safety training

We are currently partnering with a global engineering company, managing ad-hoc training needs and working on central learning programmes.

A large portion of their training is Health and Safety related with topics including Working at Heights, Vibration Shake Testing, NCRQ, Breathing Apparatus Wearers,  Draeger Face Fit, Radiation Protection,  Respiratory protective equipment (RPE) and IPAF Mobile Elevated Working Platforms.

They work with us to simplify, centralise and co-ordinate their training, working with multiple training providers and a large number of employees. This is a typical use of our Managed Learning Services.

Refreshing our first aid in the workplace

Team members here at Optimus recently attended First Aid training with the British Red Cross – an insightful day which was invaluable to all. We hope to never have to use the skills but feel confident in practically applying our updated knowledge if ever needed.

We’ve seen an increase in demand for First Aid at Work training during the first half of the year.  With more people returning to the office, there’s a need for companies and employees to ensure their knowledge and certification are up to date.
