Our 2025 Client Satisfaction Survey is in – and the results show we’re making a real impact while continuing to grow with our clients.

At Optimus Learning Services, we believe that feedback is one of the most valuable tools we have. It tells us what’s working, where we’re adding real value and where we can go further. That’s why we recently asked our clients to share their experiences of working with us through our client satisfaction survey.

We’re especially proud to share that we achieved a Net Promoter Score of 76 – an outstanding result that places us firmly in the “world-class” category of client loyalty and satisfaction benchmarks.

The results were overwhelmingly positive, with most clients rating their experience 10/10. Here’s what stood out:

Our commitment to continuous improvement

The survey reassures us that our Training Brokerage and Managed Learning Services are delivering real value – from saving time and money to helping organisations achieve their learning goals with confidence.

We’re proud that very few clients shared negative feedback – most wrote “nothing right now” when asked. One client did highlight enhanced reporting as an area for improvement, and we’re pleased to say this is already in progress with clearer dashboards and deeper insights. We remain committed to continuous improvement – so we can keep delivering even more value to you.
