Assessing the degree to which your staff implements the acquired knowledge and adapts their behaviour is essential for the modern L&D department.  To measure this behaviour change accurately, we employ various methods including assessments and observations.  Our team collaborates closely with your L&D unit and managers do this.

Return on investment (Level 4 Evaluation)
