Last year was the year we saw an increasing demand for Management programmes and it’s certainly a trend continuing into 2023.
In 2022 we worked on several client management programmes which included creating bespoke programmes for our client’s needs from scratch, digitalising a successful traditional programme to allow for easier global reach and conducting internal employee research to revamp the modules of another existing programme. Despite their differing briefs all have been deemed a success – seat utilisation was high, initial feedback extremely positive and performance reviews linked to such programmes have highlighted a real impact.
The coaching element
So, to keep improving and progressing the success in these programmes to date, we are looking to develop a programme for coaching for managers to complement the hard work done so far.
Focussing in on both the following areas:
- Providing managers with coaches that they can use for their own personal development. We’ve built an excellent supply of freelance coaches for all levels of professionals and partnered with coaching platforms to allow for easier scheduling and organisation.
- Improving the coaching skills of managers. To ensure that managers have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to coach their teams, to reduce and ideally eradicate micro managing and become leaders of teams, regardless of management level or team size.
Working with the management programme specialists we’ve helped shape a blended learning modular approach to improve managers’ ability to coach and more importantly build on their skills over a sustained period of time.
